Throughout his career, Sean has focused on building lasting relationships rooted in trust, communication, and a deep understanding of his clients’ goals. He is especially passionate about serving business owners and multi-generational families, with a vision of delivering a family office-style experience that provides personalized guidance through every stage of life.

Sean began his career with Merrill Lynch, relocating after graduation to the firm’s East Coast headquarters. Over the next 13 years, he gained valuable experience across multiple areas of the business, including retirement planning, wealth management, and the Syndicate Team. These experiences helped shape his disciplined approach to financial planning while reinforcing the importance of personalized advice, thoughtful execution, and long-term client relationships.

In 2019, Sean transitioned to the independent advisory channel to create a more personalized client experience and greater flexibility in how he serves families and business owners. Today, he combines institutional-level expertise with an independent mindset, allowing him to deliver objective advice tailored to each client’s unique goals, values, and circumstances.

Sean holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC®) designation and serves on the Salvation Army Advisory Board, reflecting his commitment to supporting both his clients and the broader community.

Sean lives in Sacramento with his wife and better half, Jeni, and their two boys. Outside of the office, he enjoys motorsports, fly fishing throughout Tahoe and Truckee, and spending time at the family’s home in Truckee. He’s also an avid BBQ enthusiast who takes great pride in his brisket, ribs, and pulled pork.
